Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All camp registrations are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered in the case of documented medical reasons. Inspire Soccer reserves the right to request medical documentation and, if deemed necessary, a second medical opinion before approving any exception.

In the event of a force majeure (including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of God), Inspire Soccer will offer the option to reschedule the camp to a later date, when possible. The rescheduled camp will typically take place within the same week, subject to availability and safety conditions.

In all other circumstances, refunds will not be issued. However, families will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their registration to another Inspire Soccer camp, eitherlater in the same calendar year, orduring the following summer, subject to availability.

By completing registration, families acknowledge and accept this refund and rescheduling policy.

Media Release

Consent for Use of Photographs and/or Videos

I give permission for Inspire Global Network to use images, pictures and/or video of my child/children taken during the camps or activities in which they are participating. Such uses will only include the use of such images, photos or videos in electronic or printed promotional materials, including materials for use on Inspire Global Network’s, Inspire Soccer's or Inspire Soccer FC's marketing and media channels.

Inspire Global Network endeavors to protect all children participating in its camps, and has policies restricting data, including images and videos, from being shared with third parties except in limited exceptions. Inspire Global Network also provides instruction to volunteers and staff with respect to appropriate use of images and videos. Despite that, because of the pervasiveness of social media and the nature of camps and related activities, images or videos of participants may be taken, posted or utilized publicly by individuals or organizations outside the employ or control of Inspire Global Network.

By signing this Consent for Use of Photographs and/or Videos, I also acknowledge that images, pictures or videos of my child/children may, without consent of me or Inspire Global Network, be taken and/or utilized by individuals operating outside the consent and control of Inspire Global Network. I further agree to release and hold harmless, Inspire Global Network from any and all liability arising out of such unauthorized use
